Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  1. Lost Shipment

    • If your package is lost in transit, a full refund will be issued.
    • Proof from the shipping courier is required.
    • Claims must be made within 30 days from the shipping date.
  2. Damaged Items Due to Shipment

    • If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the item’s paid value.
    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging are required as proof.
  3. Incorrect Items Received

    • If the item you received is not what you ordered, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the item’s paid value.
    • You may keep the incorrect item as compensation.

Refund Process

  • Contact us first to discuss the issue before initiating a refund request.
  • Please allow up to 7 days for the refund process after approval.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
